KPI Artifacts & Reporting:

Own the collection, tracking, and reporting of all KPI artifacts across technical services, providing clear performance insights and accountability dashboards.

Financial Management & Budgeting:

Manage and maintain financial accruals, OPEX, and CAPEX budgets for all technical services within your scope, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and fiscal alignment.
