Collaborate with interdependent teams to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training modules on program details.

Ensure 100% adherence and knowledge transfer across the entire 100+ matrixed staff, covering both technical and non-technical personnel.

KPI Artifacts & Reporting:

Own the collection, tracking, and reporting of all KPI artifacts across technical services, providing clear performance insights and accountability dashboards.

Financial Management & Budgeting:

Manage and maintain financial accruals, OPEX, and CAPEX budgets for all technical services within your scope, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and fiscal alignment.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

5–7+ years of experience in program management, technical operations, or facilities maintenance.

Proven experience building operational programs from the ground up, documenting workflows in a QMS library, and driving compliance.
