What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more

  • Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest

  • Coordinate and schedule your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines

About You

3 - 6 years of recruiting experience. Your strengths:

  • Storytelling

  • Good judgment on candidate quality

  • Organized and self-sufficient

  • Comfort in ambiguity

Nice to Have
  • Experience with go-to-market hiring

  • Closing experience

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (we use Asbhy)

  • Genuine interest in physical AI, robotics, rocketships or any kind of hardware development
