We are looking for a visionary and execution-oriented AI Transformation lead manager to lead and scale our team of transformation leads serving our most strategic Fortune 100 accounts. • Build and maintain executive relationships at the most strategic accounts, serving as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor when complex challenges or at-risk engagements arise

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the roadmap, scale transformation best practices across the team, and refine the playbook based on patterns observed across the portfolio

  • Drive team performance and customer health through goal-setting, coaching, and proactive identification of expansion and growth opportunities in collaboration with sales

⭐️ What you need
  • 10+ years in strategic account management, transformation consulting, or customer success leadership for Fortune 50-100 companies, with 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading high-performing teams

  • Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with the ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills used to lead composed presentations to boards while proactively orchestrating cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts

  • A curious mindset and an active listening style that marks you as a genuine leader who people want to follow and grow under
