Make Your Mark:

BlackLine is looking for a Travel & Corporate Card Operations Manager to own and optimize our global Travel & Expense (T&E) and Corporate Card programs — serving as the internal subject matter expert for expense workflows, card administration, and travel vendor relations. You'll manage the end-to-end corporate card lifecycle, oversee the travel program and its vendor relationships, administer SAP Concur, enforce policy compliance, and lead a small team of travel/card operations staff.

You'll Get To:

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Card & Systems Administration
  • Own end-to-end administration of corporate, purchasing (P-Card), T&E, and virtual card programs globally — issuance, limits, suspension, termination, fraud monitoring, and employee issue resolution.
  • Direct monthly card reconciliation and support internal/external audit requests.
  • Serve as the hands-on administrator and SME for SAP Concur, Corp Card platform and TMC platform, driving configuration, automation, and integrations with broader systems
Travel Program Management
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the global travel program, including vendor selection, negotiation, and relationship management with the TMC, airlines, hotels, and car rental partners.
  • Act as the point of escalation for complex bookings, policy exceptions, and vendor service failures; support duty-of-care protocols and expat travel logistics.
Policy, Compliance & Reporting
  • Maintain, periodically revise, and globally communicate BlackLine’s Travel & Expense policy to ensure clear guardrails and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze spend data to track KPIs (policy violations, delinquency, savings) and deliver reporting/dashboards to senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews against contracted SLAs and lead contract negotiations.
Stakeholder Support & Training
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee travel and card inquiries; create and deliver regular training on policy, expense reporting, and card usage.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Legal, and HR to streamline global T&E operations.

What You'll Bring:

QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience managing corporate travel programs, T&E operations, or corporate credit card programs in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep Hands-on experience configuring, managing, administering and extracting reporting from SAP Concur.
  • Proven vendor negotiation and relationship management experience (TMCs, card issuers, airlines, hotels).
  • Strong understanding of travel industry practices, GDS systems, and online booking tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data modeling); strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver user-friendly training and interact confidently with senior leaders
  • A proactive problem-solver who turns raw transactional data into strategic savings recommendations.
Preferred
  • Experience with major ERP ecosystems (SAP, NetSuite, or Workday) and/or BlackLine products.
  • Familiarity with SOX controls or internal audit processes related to T&E.
