Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute user research studies including usability testing, interviews, surveys, field studies, and diary studies.
Identify research questions in collaboration with product managers, designers, and developers.
Synthesize findings into actionable insights and communicate them effectively through presentations, reports, or journey maps.
Work closely with UX/UI designers and product teams to ensure research insights are integrated into design and development decisions.
Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle, influencing decisions with evidence-based recommendations.
Maintain and improve research processes, documentation, and repositories for ongoing knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with data analysts to integrate behavioral data (e.g., analytics) with qualitative research.
Stay informed about industry trends, user research methods, and emerging tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience conducting user research in a product or digital environment.
Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and product development cycles.
Proficiency in research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Maze, Qualtrics, etc.).
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
