Introduction to Demandbase:

Demandbase is the only pipeline AI platform that empowers GTM teams to automate growth at scale. With a unified view of data, insights, actions, and outcomes, B2B enterprises can seamlessly align and execute their account-based GTM strategies with confidence. Thousands of businesses trust Demandbase to maximize revenue, minimize waste, and consolidate their data and tech stacks – all in one platform.

As a company, we’re as committed to growing careers as we are to building world-class technology. We invest heavily in people, our culture, and the community around us. We have also continuously been recognized as One of The Best Places To Work in the San Francisco Bay Area by Fortune, and One of The 60 Best Companies To Sell For by Selling Power. Our offices are located in San Francisco, New York, Austin, Seattle, India, and the United Kingdom.

About the Role

As the Value Consultant, you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and data-driven validation. You will serve as an advisor to our customers, translating complex business requirements into measurable "now/next/later" roadmaps that drive value and outcomes powered by the Demandbase platform and product functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Discovery: Lead executive-level discovery sessions to capture business challenges, goals, and current KPIs.

  • Roadmap Development: Create tailored Value Roadmaps that align Demandbase features to specific customer outcomes.

  • Measurement Frameworks: Design and document Value Measurement Plans that link platform activity to concrete business results.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct analyses and data driven audits to identify high-performing areas and growth opportunities.

  • Consultative Execution: Lead proctored workshops and specialized sessions focusing on best practices for GTM excellence.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, marketing operations, or business intelligence (ideally within a B2B or Agency environment).

  • The "Translator" Skillset: Proven ability to take raw data and turn it into actionable insights. You should be comfortable explaining why a metric matters to C Level Executives.

  • GTM Knowledge: Understanding of B2B Go-To-Market strategies, ideally including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and sales/marketing alignment.

  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to extract, transform, and analyze 1st and 3rd party GTM data sets to validate performance. SQL experience/knowledge heavily preferred.

  • Prescriptive Communication: Skilled at delivering "best practice" recommendations that simplify complex technical configurations into business value.

  • Organizational/Task Management: Capability to manage high-stakes deliverables within tight timelines (e.g., 8–12 week onboarding cycles).

  • Client Command: Experience leading discovery calls or presentations. You should be able to navigate "tough" questions about data validity and strategy with confidence.

  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail (no "messy" decks) and a structured approach to problem-solving.

The "Bonus" Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience with the B2B MarTech stack (Demandbase, HubSpot, 6sense, etc.).

  • A background in "Full-Funnel" attribution modeling.

  • The ability to explain complex numerical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Ideally located in the Central or Eastern time zones

At Demandbase, we believe in creating a workplace culture that values and celebrates diversity in all its forms. We recognize that everyone brings unique experiences, perspectives, and identities to the table, and we are committed to building a community where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.
