About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Vice President, Human Resources to help shape the next chapter of Skan AI’s growth. Reporting to our Co-founder, CTO, CPO & COO, this role serves as a key member of the leadership team and a trusted advisor to our co-founders, partnering closely with leaders across the business to build the organization, leadership capability, and culture required to scale a world-class AI company. This is a highly hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will operate across both strategy and execution—shaping organizational direction at the leadership level while also directly driving critical people initiatives across hiring, leadership development, performance, and global HR operations. This is far more than a traditional HR leadership role. You’ll help define how we attract exceptional talent, build high-performing teams, develop leaders, create scalable people programs, and foster a culture where innovation, accountability, and excellence thrive. From executive hiring and organizational design to performance, compensation, compliance, and global growth, you’ll influence the people strategy behind one of enterprise AI’s most exciting companies.
Success in this Role You are equally energized by strategy and hands-on execution. One moment you’re partnering with founders on organizational design and executive hiring; the next you’re coaching leaders, shaping compensation philosophy, reviewing workforce plans, or helping scale people programs across multiple geographies. You thrive in high-growth environments, embrace ambiguity, make decisions with data, and believe that exceptional businesses are built through exceptional people.

- Proven experience partnering directly with founders, CEOs, and executive leadership teams on strategic business and organizational initiatives.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling People functions through periods of rapid growth and organizational change.
- Deep expertise across talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into impactful people strategies.
- Experience leading global People teams supporting distributed organizations across multiple geographies.
