We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing for Crossix. In this role, you will shape how our market-leading Measurement and Audience products are positioned across a dynamic and competitive landscape.
As a member of the Crossix leadership team, you will partner closely with leaders in Sales, Product, and Strategy, while leading a lean team of product and field marketing professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Own overarching product positioning and value propositions across Crossix’s Measurement and Audience product lines.
- Lead annual marketing planning and execution, including support for flagship customer events (Veeva Summit and Crossix Audience Day).
- Build and scale a multi-channel content engine (thought leadership, blog posts, site copy, videos, and infographics) to elevate market presence and adapt assets into high-quality derivative content for vertical sub-segments.
- Create targeted go-to-market programs for new product offerings and product innovations to drive pipeline demand.
- Empower sales teams with high-impact product messaging, field enablement materials, and competitive intelligence tools.
- Translate customer success stories into authentic reference selling assets and impactful programs that accelerate adoption.
- Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of product and field marketing professionals.
- Partner seamlessly with Crossix leadership across Strategy, Sales, and Product to ensure strategic alignment and cross-functional execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years leading marketing teams.
- Strong background in product marketing at ad-tech or media companies.
- Demonstrated capability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, concise, and persuasive messaging and compelling thought leadership.
- Proven track record of launching go-to-market programs.
- Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills, with a track record of partnering closely across Sales, Strategy, and Product teams.
- May be required to work on-site in the office on an as-needed basis.
Nice to Have
- Life Sciences industry experience or working with businesses providing high-value solutions to life sciences companies.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot).

Compensation
- Base pay: $175,000 - $275,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
