Video Content Creator Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Junior Video Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, video production, and creating engaging content across digital and social platforms.

The Video Content Creator will own video projects from concept through final edit, producing a variety of content including social media videos, customer testimonials, product and feature videos, company culture content, events, recruiting materials, and executive thought leadership.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical video-production skills with a creative eye and an understanding of what makes content engaging on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn, while also being comfortable producing polished, professional corporate video.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own video projects from initial concept and scripting through filming, editing, and final delivery.
  • Develop creative video concepts that support marketing, branding, recruiting, and corporate communications initiatives.
  • Film and produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Produce polished corporate videos, including customer testimonials, product demonstrations, company culture videos, events, and executive communications.
  • Conduct and direct interviews with employees, customers, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other video-production equipment.
  • Edit video content, incorporating graphics, music, captions, transitions, and other elements as appropriate.
  • Create content optimized for different platforms, audiences, formats, and aspect ratios.
  • Manage multiple video projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production quality.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining the creative vision and brand standards.
  • Stay current on emerging video, social media, and content-creation trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in video production, digital media, content creation, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of video production fundamentals, including filming, composition, lighting, audio, and editing.
  • Understanding of short-form social content and platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
  • Ability to produce both engaging social content and polished corporate video.
  • Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual content.
