You’ll apply it with strong visual judgment, originality, brand consistency, and appropriate legal and ethical safeguards.

You will

  • Design and deliver high-quality visual work across LegalZoom’s marketing ecosystem, including brand and campaign creative, performance ads, email, social, presentations, event design, and other marketing assets.

  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities, set expectations, advocate for the time needed to do the work well, and raise risks or blockers early.

  • Contribute to and apply visual systems, templates, components, and brand guidelines, identifying opportunities to improve consistency, quality, and efficiency across team workflows.

  • Create organized Figma and Adobe files, clear specs, and production-ready handoffs that make work easy for partners to understand and extend.

  • Participate actively in critiques and design conversations, share direct and constructive feedback, explain design rationale, and use feedback to strengthen the work.

  • Use AI-assisted creative tools to explore visual directions, generate and refine imagery, extend or adapt compositions, prototype concepts, and create variations for different audiences, formats, and channels.

  • Think in systems by identifying repeatable patterns and creating scalable, reusable solutions that can be applied across channels and projects.

  • Develop and improve AI-enabled processes, automations, templates, and systems that make creative development, production, versioning, and collaboration more efficient and scalable, while applying safeguards for brand consistency, originality, representation, accessibility, and legal risk.

  • Present work clearly to cross-functional partners and functional leaders, tailoring the level of detail to the audience and using a clear point of view to influence project decisions.

You have

  • 5+ years of experience creating high-quality visual design work for digital products, consumer brands, technology companies, or marketing teams.

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design across brand and marketing creative.

  • Strong typography, composition, layout, color, image selection, and visual storytelling skills, with an attention to detail that consistently produces high-quality work.

  • Experience understanding objectives and constraints and developing creative solutions that challenge or overcome them.

  • Familiarity with user experience and interface principles, including CTA clarity, hierarchy, navigation, interaction, and designing for customer understanding.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and modern collaborative design workflows, with a track record of organized, production-ready files and handoffs.

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects and competing priorities with little guidance, proactively communicate status, and escalate risks with potential solutions.

  • A collaborative, curious mindset; willingness to seek feedback, share constructive critique, learn from customer and performance insights, and explore AI tools and current design trends.
