  • Develop executive relationships with partner leadership teams to drive joint business planning and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with Distribution and Channel teams to improve partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and retention.
  • Ensure partners have the resources, training, and support necessary to maximize success.

Operational Excellence

  • Build predictable forecasting processes and maintain rigorous pipeline management.
  • Establish operational cadence through business reviews, performance dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities, improve execution, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations and Finance on planning, forecasting, and territory strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner demand generation programs.
  • Partner with Product Management to communicate market feedback and influence product direction.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to improve partner experience, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of the U.S. MSP business with executive leadership.

  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Preferred Experience

  • Cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud security, email security, data protection, or Microsoft ecosystem experience.
