Key Responsibilities
Core HCM & Compensation Configuration: Design and configure Workday Core HCM business processes, staffing models, job profiles, and security groups alongside Core & Advanced Compensation modules.
Adv Comp Cycle Management: Set up and execute complex compensation components including merit cycles, bonus/variable pay plans, stock programs, allowance plans, and compensation review statements.
Requirements & Advisory: Facilitate discovery workshops with business stakeholders, translate complex HR requirements into scalable Workday configurations, and deliver functional design documentation.
Reporting & Security: Build custom reports, matrix reports, dashboards, and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), while maintaining domain/business process security policies.
Testing & Deployment: Lead end-to-end testing cycles (Unit, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing), manage defect resolutions, and support production cutover and post-go-live activities.
Client Engagement & AMS: Provide tier-3 functional support, release management for bi-annual Workday updates, and continuous optimization for Jade Global’s AMS clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3 to 7+ years of hands-on Workday functional implementation or configuration support experience.
Module Expertise: Deep technical and functional proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
Core Competencies: Strong command of Workday Business Process Framework, Security Rules, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Advanced Reporting.
Certifications (Mandatory): Workday HCM Core or Workday Advanced Compensation certifications.
Soft Skills: Proven client-facing advisory skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and strong written/verbal communication.
