About Wing:

Wing offers drone delivery as a safe, fast, and sustainable solution for last mile logistics. Consumer appetites for on-demand services are increasing, but current delivery methods are inefficient, costly, and contribute to road accidents and air pollution. Wing’s fleet of highly automated delivery drones can transport small packages directly from businesses to homes on-demand, in minutes. We design, build, and operate our aircraft, and offer drone delivery services on two continents. Our technology is designed to be easy to integrate into existing delivery and logistics networks, offering a scalable drone delivery solution for a broad range of businesses. Wing is a part of Google's parent company, Alphabet, and our mission is to create the preferred means of delivery for the planet. If you're ready to do the greatest work of your life, come join us.

About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Workplace Program Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate and Workplace team. Based in Palo Alto, CA, this role will lead Workplace EHS programs and compliance efforts across Wing’s growing U.S. footprint, with a focus on our expanding drone delivery, R&D, and operational locations. You’ll develop scalable safety and compliance programs, translate requirements into practical workplace processes, and partner cross-functionally to ensure our sites are safe, compliant, and operationally ready. We’re looking for someone who combines strong EHS knowledge with program and project management skills and thrives in a fast-moving, rapidly scaling environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage scalable workplace programs, processes, and standards with a focus on EHS, construction, compliance, and operational readiness across Wing’s locations.
  • Manage workplace safety and compliance programs, including fire and life safety, emergency equipment, first aid, required postings, inspections, corrective actions, and associated documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional workplace projects from planning through implementation, establishing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Support new and expanding drone delivery locations, R&D, laboratory, and workplace locations by developing repeatable programs and processes that scale with Wing’s growth.
  • Track program performance, compliance activities, risks, and trends; provide reporting and recommendations to Workplace leadership and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers supporting workplace programs, EHS, compliance, and specialized projects.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience specializing in program management, corporate real estate, facilities operations, construction or EHS-related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of overseeing multi-site initiatives, including the successful management of project timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  • Direct experience driving workplace safety, regulatory compliance, or EHS programs within R&D, lab-based, or high-intensity operational environments.
  • Superior analytical and organizational capabilities with a demonstrated ability to execute on competing priorities and navigate complex project lifecycles.
  • Experience in the development of standardized procedures, playbooks, and documentation designed for organizational scalability.

Physical Requirements:

Essential functions are the functions routinely performed in the job and the removal of these functions would fundamentally change the position.

  • Ability to navigate diverse settings including corporate offices, technical labs, warehouses, and external sites, with a requirement for prolonged periods of walking or standing.
  • Ability to perform occasional physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, or pushing equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Physical dexterity to bend, reach, use stairs, and access various operational zones to conduct thorough workplace audits and safety inspections.
