Provides onsite and remote IT helpdesk support, troubleshooting employee technology and access issues. Manages ticket queues, onboarding, laptop and peripheral provisioning, system access, hardware recovery, asset management, office endpoints, and cloud infrastructure access. Supports infrastructure projects, network connectivity, security audits, SaaS rollouts, integrations, scripting, documentation, and process improvements. The role is based onsite five days per week in San Francisco, with occasional urgent after-hours support.

Develop firmware for battery-powered sensors, Linux-based IoT gateways, and connected devices. Responsibilities include selecting hardware components, bringing up new boards, writing peripheral drivers and bootloaders, managing power and connectivity, implementing secure and reliable firmware updates, and optimizing battery life. The role collaborates across hardware, cloud, mobile, product, and quality teams to deliver field-ready products. Preferred expertise includes BLE, cellular IoT, embedded Linux, vehicle CAN/J1939 systems, security, factory production, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.

Sell Samsara’s IoT and connected operations solutions to mid-market customers across the Western United States. Responsibilities include prospecting, researching target accounts, managing trials and proofs of concept, coordinating multiple stakeholders, negotiating complex pricing, closing deals exceeding $10,000 in annual revenue, selling to executives, and consistently achieving quotas. The role requires approximately 25% travel and familiarity with Salesforce.
