Own workforce management, HCM, and payroll solutioning across sales, implementation, and post-launch support. Lead enterprise discovery, integration readiness, payroll validation, troubleshooting, and complex customer deployments involving UKG, Workday, and related systems. Build reusable playbooks, documentation, training, and scalable capabilities while translating recurring customer requirements into product and engineering priorities. The role establishes Vitalize’s Enterprise Solutions function and requires significant customer-site travel.

Lead clinical-data solutioning across sales, implementation, and post-launch support. Own EHR discovery, HL7 and FHIR integration planning, interface and security-team alignment, feed testing, census validation, and clinical-data readiness. Build reusable integration patterns, documentation, playbooks, and training while translating customer requirements into product priorities. Support expansion into patient flow and capacity management, including bed management, transfers, emergency department boarding, and discharge planning.

Own complex, multi-month healthcare software deployments from planning through go-live. Partner with hospital executives, nursing, operations, IT, finance, HR, and other stakeholders to redesign workforce processes, manage risks, drive change adoption, and deliver integrations. Develop repeatable deployment playbooks, coordinate cross-functional teams, advise customers, and collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to improve implementations and expand product adoption.
