Building Healthcare That Remembers

Every time you call a doctor's office, the system forgets you the moment you hang up. You wait on hold, explain everything from scratch, get bounced between lines, and hope someone follows up. Everyone has felt this. No one should have to.

At Assort Health, we're building one continuous conversation for every patient. An AI agent that knows who you are, remembers how you like to be reached, and carries that context from your first symptom to your full recovery. What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment has become the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 285 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, 1.6 million decision pathways.

We went from 15 people in 2025 and will cross 250 by the end of 2026. Revenue is up 20x in 15 months and we've raised $222 million, including a recent $120 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation. We've also been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 and the 2026 Enterprise Tech 30 as the only healthcare AI company on the list!

Healthcare spends $1.1 trillion a year on administration instead of care. If you want to help change that, apply below.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — helping businesses realize the value of Assort’s AI platform.

Assort Health is at an inflection point, closing millions in ARR each quarter with a lean sales team. You’ll play a key role in accelerating that growth and shaping our go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with a focus on net new customer acquisition.

  • Develop and refine our sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Work closely with leadership to craft compelling sales strategies and drive urgency in deals.

  • Partner with the marketing and product teams to ensure strong alignment between sales efforts and product development.

  • Deliver persuasive product demos and articulate the value of Assort’s platform to potential customers.

  • Manage and track sales activities in our CRM, maintaining an accurate and healthy pipeline.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Assort effectively in the market.

  • Contribute to Assort’s growth by helping build a high-performing sales culture and mentoring new team members.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of full-cycle experience + closing experience within b2b SaaS.

  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas and closing high-value deals (e.g., $200K+).

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.

  • Comfort with technical products and an ability to simplify complex solutions for prospects.

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience at an early-stage company or high-growth startup.

  • Previous experience selling AI-driven or automation-based solutions.

Benefits & Perks for Assorties
  • 💸 Competitive Compensation – Including salary and employee stock options so you share in our success.

  • 📚 Lifelong Learning – Annual budget for professional development, plus training opportunities to help you grow.

  • 💻 Office Setup Stipend – We’ll outfit your in-office workspace so comfy as it's productive.

  • 🩺 Top-Tier Health Coverage – Medical, dental, and vision insurance, because your health comes first.

  • 🏖 Flexible PTO – We trust you to take the time you need to recharge and come back ready to crush it.

  • 🥗 Meals & Snacks – Lunch, dinner, and snack breaks that fuel great ideas.

  • 💪 Fitness Stipend – Your wellness matters. We reimburse monthly membership costs to support your health.

  • 🚆 Commuter Benefits – We cover eligible transportation costs to make your trip to work easier.

  • 👵 401(k) – Build your retirement savings.

What you need to know about the San Francisco Tech Scene

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
