monday.com is growing and looking for a Channel Partner Manager with a focus on Spanish Speaking LATAM with a Colombia focus, who will be responsible for managing our existing partnerships portfolio plus bringing on new channel partners and managing them throughout the life of the relationship.
This role includes developing channel strategies from scratch, forecasting our partnership pipeline, managing the relationships with different channel partners, and being the face of monday.com to potential & current clients in the MidMarket & SMB Segments in the region.
- 5-10 years’ experience in sales/ business development positions focusing on the Colombian or Spanish speaking Latam market - must
- 2+ years’ experience in managing Channel Partners/ Resellers - must
- English- fluency / bilingual proficiency - must
- Ability to take an entire project from A to Z
- Strong relationship-builder, initiator, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player with a winner approach
- Experienced negotiator with high closing rates
