We're looking for a Channel Partner Team Lead to join the EMEA Partnership Leadership Team. Channel Partner Managers are responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners who drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities. We think of our channel partner managers as full-stack consultants who help our partners grow their business with monday.com. This role offers you the ability to make a start-up sized impact with the resources of an established, public company.
About The Role
You’re the boss of your book: Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region.
Manage a team of top CPMs (quota carrying) and drive them to success
Lead your CPMs to achieve their ARR targets
Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach
Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential
Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions
Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions
Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings
3-5 years experience in Channel Partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role
Managerial experience is a must
Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs - important for the role
A solid foundation and an eagerness to learn
Experience in a global work environment
Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters
Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $203,000 - $238,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
