NAM is monday CRM's largest and most commercially critical revenue region. We're hiring an Enablement Manager to own field readiness and measurable behaviour change for CRM sellers across North America.
This is a performance role, not a content production role.
Your job is not to run training sessions. Your job is to ensure sellers can execute: that they ramp fast, run plays/demos/discovery sessions with confidence, win competitive deals, and generate pipeline.
You'll join the CRM GTM team and work closely with EMEA Enablement, GTM &, Sales Leadership, and Product to translate global GTM standards into consistent, measurable field performance across NAM.
Own the CRM seller onboarding program in NAM. Partner with EMEA Enablement to maintain a globally consistent onboarding experience
Identify and prioritize seller performance gaps. Design targeted programs to address them (e.g. workshops, objection handling, discovery training)
Partner with frontline managers to reinforce coaching habits and inspect play adoption, and use Gong as the primary inspection layer
Surface and scale best practices from top performers into field-wide playbooks and coaching guides
Ensure NAM sellers are ready for every product launch. Collaborate with the GTM Managers on the release-to-field process
Ensure sellers can run confident AI and value conversations without GTM support on every call
Serve as the NAM anchor on the Global Enablement team, aligning on shared priorities, coordinating program timelines, and new tools
Build AI-powered workflows and automations that enable faster and more scalable delivery
You have 5+ years in sales enablement or a quota-carrying sales role in SaaS. you understand what good looks like from the receiving end.
You've built enablement programs that moved outcomes: onboarding, play certifications, coaching cadences, and playbooks that measurably improved ramp time, pipeline progression, or win rate
You're a strong facilitator: comfortable running workshops, certifications, and executive-level conversations in a room with senior sales leadership
You're performance-oriented: you measure success by behaviour change and revenue outcomes, not session attendance
You're AI-fluent and comfortable building workflows and automations that make enablement delivery faster and more scalable
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and know how to bring structure and clarity without slowing teams down
You're collaborative and field-credible: sellers trust your judgment because you've lived in their world
