About Us

At Rox (https://rox.com/), we believe in empowering people to do their best work.

Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x'd engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work.

We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world's first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

Rox powers Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, while serving dominant AI winners like Ramp and Cognition.

Underlying all of this success is an unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment of doing whatever it takes to make it a reality.

The Team

Nothing is possible without the world-class team, assembled to redefine how businesses operate.

Members on our team have:

  • Founded and exited successful companies

  • Held the highest positions at Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic

  • Won IMO and IOI gold medals

  • Published field-defining papers

We're backed by the best, including Sequoia, General Catalyst, Google Ventures, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.

Core PrinciplesTaste: Craft beautiful experiences.

No matter how small, we strive to make sure every detail is right. We care deeply about every interaction, both in terms of whether it helps the seller get the job done, but also how the product makes them feel. We get a visceral feeling when something is off and stop at nothing to make sure we make it right. We never settle, continuously exploring ways to delight sellers.

Obsession: Commit unreasonably.

In all aspects of our craft, we commit. We not only are immediately reactive to customers' requests but are proactive about driving value even before they ask. We are also obsessive about always learning and honing our craft, improving ourselves and product every single day.

Action: Get it done.

Talking is easy but the difference comes from the execution. We lean heavily towards making thoughtful yet fast decisions and delivering immediately. We play in a field where trust is paramount. We earn the trust and right to empower the best sellers by forging a history of over-delivering on the promise at record speed.

Your Role

As a member of Marketing at Rox, you'll own the engine that drives inbound demand and pipeline growth, building and scaling campaigns that put Rox in front of the world's largest enterprises. From paid social and digital advertising to creative account-based campaigns and conversion optimization, you'll help turn market awareness into measurable revenue.

You'll work directly with our sales, brand, social, and field marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns that break into Global 2000 accounts, engage senior decision-makers, and accelerate pipeline creation. You'll combine sharp analytical instincts with bold creativity, constantly experimenting with new channels, messages, and tactics to find what works and scale it.

This is an extremely high-ownership, high-impact role. Your mandate is ambitious: help 10x inbound pipeline in six months while building a world-class demand generation engine. We're looking for someone who thinks like a strategist, executes like an operator, and is relentless about turning marketing investment into business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own and scale Rox's demand generation engine, developing and executing strategies to drive a step-change in inbound pipeline, with a goal of 10x growth within six months.

  • Lead digital acquisition and paid media, owning campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, and emerging channels to reach enterprise buyers and maximize pipeline generation.

  • Build bold, integrated demand generation campaigns, connecting paid media, social, content, field marketing, direct mail, and account-based tactics into coordinated programs that drive measurable results.

  • Develop creative ways to break into Global 2000 accounts, experimenting with personalized campaigns, unique landing pages, executive gifting, direct mail, and unconventional growth tactics that stand out from traditional B2B marketing.

  • Own and optimize the full marketing funnel, from awareness and website traffic to lead conversion, qualification, and pipeline creation, continuously improving conversion rates at every stage.

  • Turn data into actionable growth strategies, analyzing campaign performance, audience behavior, attribution, and funnel metrics to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and double down on what works.

  • Drive experimentation at high velocity, constantly testing new creative, messaging, audiences, channels, and conversion strategies to unlock scalable sources of demand.

  • Partner closely with brand, social, content, and field marketing, translating major company announcements, product launches, events, and customer stories into integrated campaigns that generate demand.

  • Work directly with sales and revenue operations, aligning on target accounts, lead quality, pipeline goals, attribution, and follow-up to ensure marketing programs translate into real business outcomes.

  • Own campaign performance and marketing investment, managing budgets, channel allocation, and agency relationships while optimizing for pipeline generated, conversion efficiency, and ROI.

  • Build the foundation for a world-class growth function, establishing the processes, reporting, experimentation frameworks, and infrastructure needed to scale demand generation as Rox grows.

Qualifications
  • Elite creative instincts and a growth mindset: you don't just optimize existing channels; you dream up unconventional campaigns, experiment relentlessly, and find new ways to capture attention and generate demand.

  • Extreme ownership and bias for action: you take initiative, move fast, and independently drive ambitious growth initiatives from strategy through execution.

  • Exceptional experience in B2B demand generation and growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling pipeline through digital campaigns, paid acquisition, and integrated marketing programs.

  • Deep expertise in paid media and performance marketing, particularly LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.

  • Highly analytical and data-driven: you're comfortable diving into funnel metrics, attribution, campaign performance, and conversion data to identify insights and make smarter investment decisions.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise marketing and account-based strategies: you know how to engage complex buying committees, reach senior decision-makers, and generate pipeline within large strategic accounts.

  • Experience owning the full marketing funnel, from acquisition and landing page optimization to lead nurturing, conversion, and pipeline attribution.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator, able to work seamlessly with sales, RevOps, brand, social, content, and field marketing to bring integrated campaigns to life.

  • Commercially minded and relentlessly focused on outcomes: you care about qualified pipeline, revenue impact, and efficient growth, not just clicks, impressions, or lead volume.

  • High velocity + high standards: you can execute quickly, juggle multiple campaigns, and continuously improve performance without sacrificing creative quality.

  • Deep curiosity for AI, enterprise technology, and go-to-market: you're excited to build the demand generation engine for a category-defining AI company.

  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco.

Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision, including 100% company-paid plans for you and eligible dependents

  • Company-paid life & AD&D, plus short- and long-term disability

  • 401(k) with automatic enrollment

  • Unlimited PTO, plus paid sick leave, company holidays, and bereavement

  • Up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave at 100% pay (birth, adoption, or foster)

  • Wellness stipend: $375/quarter

  • Learning stipend: up to $2,000/year

  • Internet & cell phone stipend: $25/month

  • Mental health support, virtual care, and care navigation

  • Fertility & family-building support, plus backup care membership

  • Pre-tax commuter benefits (transit & parking)

  • SF HQ: daily catered breakfast & lunch, meal allowances, and rideshare support when commuting to the office
