Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving our global digital marketing initiatives. This position requires a creative, positive, and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering impactful marketing campaigns. The specialist will work on website content, social media, eCommerce campaigns, and HubSpot workflows to ensure consistency and effectiveness in our digital communications.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of various marketing campaigns across global markets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot for email templates, workflows, and standard work processes.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.

  • Generate detailed and insightful reports on campaign performance and key metrics.

  • Assist in social media posting and engagement to strengthen brand presence.

  • Organize and manage digital and physical marketing assets, including files, images, and content.

  • Keep the company intranet organized and updated with the latest marketing information.

  • Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving workflow efficiency within the marketing department.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of education
  • Minimum 1+ year of working experience within Marketing or Communications department
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to Brea, CA. This is not a remote opportunity.
  • Ability to work an early shift (starting at 6:00 AM PT) to support global marketing operations.

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience within the dental or medical field is an advantage
  • Experience in project management with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem solving and relationship management skills.
  • Very strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Strategic mindset and structured personality with a proactive approach to tasks and projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of established instructions, prescribed routines and company accepted best practices.
  • Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Windows Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
