Within Services, Business & Marketing Insights (B&MI) brings together Consulting, Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Operational Insights to support strategic decision making and execution across Mastercard's priority growth areas.
This role sits within the Global Consulting Product Management Group, part of B&MI. The team is responsible for developing, packaging, and scaling consulting offerings aligned to Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) priorities.
We are looking for a Director to support the development and commercialization of consulting offerings across Corporate Solutions, SME solutions, and Transfer Solutions. The role is Consulting led, with the intent to leverage Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, and operational insights as enabling capabilities that strengthen the broader B&MI value story.
The role has a global scope, working closely with senior product leaders, sales teams, B&MI partners, and regional consulting teams.
Role
The Director will support the design, evolution, and go to market of Commercial & Alternative Payments Consulting offerings, contributing to solution development, client positioning, and sales enablement.
The role plays a critical enabling role in ensuring consulting offerings are well defined, scalable, and effectively integrated with Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Operational insights.
Key Responsibilities• Support P&L growth initiatives for Commercial & Alternative Payments Consulting by contributing to solution development and sales enablement• Contribute to the development of Consulting offerings, including modular solutions, diagnostics, frameworks, and playbooks across Corporate, SME, and Transfer Solutions• Initial focus on supporting Corporate Solutions priorities, with an emphasis on scaling consulting solutions to drive B2B card payments adoption across Issuers, Acquirers, Corporates, and Platforms• Help position Consulting as the primary engagement model, with Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Operational Insights embedded to enhance impact• Support roadmap planning activities, providing input based on market needs, client feedback, and scalability considerations• Work closely with Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence and Operational Insights teams to help integrate data driven insights into consulting engagements• Assist in developing market narratives and thought leadership, supporting senior leaders with content, materials, and client messaging• If needed, act as a supporting client facing resource, contributing to complex sales efforts and selected client engagements• Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, CNPF product teams, regional consulting, and Deploy to support delivery readiness• Represent Commercial & Alternative Payments Consulting internally, ensuring alignment with the broader B&MI capability set
All About You
• Experience in consulting, advisory services, strategy, or product roles within payments, financial services, or adjacent ecosystems • Familiarity with Commercial & Alternative Payments, corporate payments, Treasury, SMEs, or Transfer Solutions and Money Movements. • Interest in consulting product development and scaling repeatable offerings • Comfortable working with Data & Analytics and Platform teams • Strong collaboration skills in global, matrixed environments • Clear, structured communicator with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders • Commercially minded, with an interest in how consulting supports sales and growth of B&MI Revenues• Comfortable operating in evolving, fast moving spaces
