This transformation is a critical step in modernizing how we reward performance, scale our selling motions, evolve pipeline performance and support sustained growth. This initiative upgrades sales incentives across the enterprise to market-benchmarked, globally aligned programs, while significantly improving transparency, governance, and operational efficiency.

This role offers broad exposure to P&C, Sales, and finance innovation, in support of sales growth within a highly collaborative team.
In this role, you will:• Assist with developing and implementing globalized frameworks and practices for customer assignments and strategic territory development across global business lines, verticals and their regional partners.• Support and maintain all regional, generalist, specialist, and overlay territory assignments, ensuring clear coverage, non-duplication, and consistent global standards.• Assist with establishing and maintaining a practice of territory coverage across customer lifecycle stages (acquire, grow, retain, expand) to ensure appropriate role engagement and handoffs.• Support the completeness and accuracy of territory, account, and assignment data in the system of record, including data quality controls and change management. • Create and maintain repeatable and ad-hoc reporting and analytics regarding sales incentives, territory and plan metrics, pipeline metrics, KPIs and selling capacity.• Assist with developing, implementing and documenting global sales operations processes and frameworks across design, territory, quota and ICM functions.• Provide analytical, planning, and operational support to senior team members to enable effective partnership execution.
