Mastercard Services is hiring a global B2B Marketing Manager to own how AI-powered capabilities are brought to market. Sitting within Integrated Capability Marketing, this role focuses on shaping and executing campaigns that connect multiple products into one clear, compelling story. You will lead AI-led initiatives, including Agentic Commerce, translating complex capabilities into language that resonates with both business and technical audiences. This is a hands-on role with real ownership of campaign direction, content strategy, and activation, delivered in close partnership with product, marketing, and communications teams. It suits a marketer who enjoys operating at scale, navigating ambiguity, and helping define something new within a global organization.
Role
• Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of global AI-focused B2B marketing campaigns, from early campaign design through launch and activation across priority channels. • Translate cross-portfolio AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both executive decision-makers and technical audiences. • Develop high-impact thought leadership and consideration-stage content, including research reports, whitepapers, toolkits, and guides that support buyer understanding and adoption. • Orchestrate integrated content journeys across digital, paid media, field activation, partner, and communications channels to ensure a consistent story across touchpoints. • Partner closely with product, Services marketing, communications, and digital teams to align campaign direction with product priorities and evolving messaging frameworks. • Manage and brief external agencies and research partners to deliver content, creative, and media aligned to campaign goals. • Own and manage campaign budgets, including media spend and agency investment, and contribute to business cases for additional funding where required. • Track campaign performance across engagement and effectiveness metrics, using insights to refine messaging, formats, and channel mix over time. • Support the evolution of Mastercard's AI positioning, helping ensure consistency and clarity across regions and solutions.
All About You
• Experience delivering global B2B marketing campaigns or programs, ideally within complex, matrixed organizations. • A strong writing and storytelling background, with the ability to create clear, engaging content from complex subject matter. • Professional experience in technology, SaaS, or platform-based environments, with exposure to technical or developer-adjacent audiences. • Comfortable explaining sophisticated concepts-such as AI, platforms, or APIs-in ways that are accessible and relevant to different buyer groups. • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions, influencing without direct authority. • Confidence operating in environments where messaging is still evolving, contributing to clarity rather than waiting for full definition. • A structured, outcome-driven approach to campaign planning, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, and how they create value for customers. • Comfortable working in global organizations, collaborating across regions, cultures, and time zones.
