Summary

The Director, Solutions Consulting, US Central leads the Solutions Consulting function for the central region of the company’s enterprise accounts. This role sits at the intersection of executive customer engagement, AI-first CX solution strategy, and senior field leadership.

This is a leadership role for an individual who thrives in complex environments, partners deeply with sales and executive stakeholders, and shapes winning customer technology strategies. The Director ensures that AI is foundational to how customer experience solutions are designed, positioned, and delivered—while developing senior Solutions Consulting talent capable of operating at the highest levels of customer and business complexity.

For the right leader, this role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise CX strategy, drive meaningful AI-led outcomes for enterprise customers, and help define the future of Solutions Consulting at scale.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior Solutions Consulting managers and consultants aligned to enterprise accounts across the central region of the US

  • Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to define and execute account strategies focused on CX transformation, expansion, and value realization
  • Ensure Solutions Consulting teams consistently articulate AI-first CX outcomes in a way that resonates with executive and board-level stakeholders
  • Act as an executive escalation point for complex solution decisions involving AI, data, integrations, security, and enterprise architecture
  • Guide the design of scalable, future-proof CX architectures that embed AI across customer journeys, workforce engagement, analytics, and automation
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, serving as a thought leader on CX transformation and responsible AI adoption
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, AI, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions
  • Influence internal product and investment priorities by surfacing enterprise account insights related to AI adoption and customer experience innovation
  • Ensure consistent solution quality, architectural integrity, and risk management across enterprise pursuits
  • Establish clear success metrics and continuously improve win rates, deal quality, and long-term account growth outcomes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging AI tools and insights to improve productivity, decision-making, and solution excellence
Minimum Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a closely related field
  • 2+ years of experience leading senior-level Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams
  • Proven success supporting large, complex enterprise customers with multi-year transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with C-level executives on CX strategy, AI adoption, and business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled CX platforms, cloud architectures, analytics, and automation technologies
  • Experience embedding AI into enterprise solution design rather than positioning it as a standalone capability
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent-development skills for senior, high-impact teams
  • Strong partnership mindset with sales leadership and the ability to influence complex account strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize technical complexity into clear executive narratives
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, highly complex, and politically nuanced environments
