The Opportunity

Are you early in your career and eager to make an impact at a fast-growing company? Superhuman is hiring exceptional early-career talent for two open roles on our team:

  • Legal Analyst

  • Executive Assistant

These are two distinct, full-time positions, but they share many of the qualities we’re looking for: curiosity, strong judgment, attention to detail, clear communication, resourcefulness, and an eagerness to learn.

This is not a rotational or early-career development program. We simply have two opportunities where we believe high-potential, early-career talent can make a meaningful impact and grow quickly.

Legal Analyst

As a Legal Analyst, you’ll support our Legal team as an early point of contact for commercial contracting, helping our Sales and go-to-market teams move quickly while protecting the company.

You’ll work closely with senior counsel to review, draft, and support customer agreements such as NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and Master Services Agreements. You’ll also help manage incoming contract requests, maintain accurate records, and improve the systems and processes that allow our Legal team to scale.

This could be a great fit if you’re curious about contracts, legal operations, business operations, or how companies evaluate risk and make decisions. We care less about deep legal expertise and more about finding someone who is organized, detail-oriented, thoughtful, communicative, and excited to learn.

Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll support senior leaders across Superhuman and help them stay focused, prepared, and connected to their highest priorities.

You’ll manage complex calendars and logistics, prepare materials for important meetings, coordinate communications, track cross-functional priorities, and create systems that help leaders and teams operate effectively. You’ll gain meaningful exposure to executive-level strategy and decision-making while building strong operational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This could be a great fit if you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, anticipating needs, solving problems, and helping others do their best work.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will depend on the role you join, but across both opportunities, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Own detail-oriented, high-impact work and ensure important tasks don’t fall through the cracks.

  • Navigate competing priorities and use sound judgment to determine what needs attention first.

  • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with teammates, leaders, and cross-functional partners.

  • Research, organize, and synthesize information to help others make decisions and move work forward.

  • Build and improve systems and processes that make work more efficient, organized, and scalable.

  • Use technology and AI thoughtfully to improve the quality and speed of your work.

  • Take initiative and follow through, knowing when to move independently and when to ask for guidance.

  • Learn quickly as you encounter new tools, subject areas, and business challenges.

About You

You don’t need to have done one of these exact jobs before. We care about your potential, how you think, and how you approach your work.

You may be a strong fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • You’re early in your career, with approximately 0–3 years of professional experience.

  • You have a track record of high achievement through work, internships, academics, projects, extracurriculars, or other meaningful experiences.

  • You’re highly organized and detail-oriented and take pride in producing high-quality work.

  • You communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and with empathy.

  • You stay calm and organized when managing multiple requests or shifting priorities.

  • You demonstrate good judgment and are comfortable making progress independently while knowing when to ask for help.

  • You’re naturally curious and enjoy learning about unfamiliar topics, tools, and problems.

  • You’re resourceful and tend to look for solutions rather than waiting for step-by-step direction.

  • You’re technologically curious and comfortable with—or excited to learn—tools like Coda, Superhuman, Grammarly, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-enabled tools.

  • You enjoy improving systems and finding better ways to get work done.

  • You work well across different teams, personalities, and working styles.

  • You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve.

  • You’re able to work from our San Francisco hub at least 2 days per week.

How the Process Works

When you apply, you’ll be asked to select which of our two open roles you’re most interested in: Legal Analyst or Executive Assistant. Your interview process will then be tailored specifically to that opportunity.

  1. Apply with your resume and indicate which role you’d like to be considered for.

  2. Recruiter conversation to learn more about your background, interests, and what you’re looking for next.

  3. Skills assessment focused on the skills and capabilities relevant to the role you selected.

  4. Role-specific interviews with the hiring team for that position.

  5. Offer for the role you interviewed for.
