- Champion AI adoption, automation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on learning, innovation, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational readiness, and talent strategy.
- Lead teams through change while maintaining engagement, performance, and business continuity.
- Support the transition toward a new O2C delivery model and future organizational structure.
The skills you bring
- Proven experience leading teams through transformation, change management, and organizational evolution.
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to drive engagement, capability building, and workforce development.
- Demonstrated success in reskilling, upskilling, or leading teams through significant change.
- Strong AI mindset and curiosity, with a passion for adopting new technologies and ways of working.
- Strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Finance or Shared Services/GBS experience is considered a strong plus.
- Ability to inspire teams, navigate ambiguity, and lead with confidence during periods of change.
