About Broccoli 🥦

At Broccoli, we're building AI teammates for the people who build and maintain our world.

We partner with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors, the hardworking businesses that keep homes and communities running, and replace fragmented software and repetitive manual work with AI that actually gets the job done.

Our AI teammates answer phones, book appointments, follow up with customers, recover missed revenue, and help contractors deliver exceptional customer experiences, all while integrating seamlessly with platforms like ServiceTitan.

Before we wrote a single line of code, we visited more than 140 contractors to understand how these businesses truly operate. That firsthand experience shaped everything we've built.

Today:

  • Hundreds of contractors rely on Broccoli every day.

  • We've grown to $20M+ ARR in under two years.

  • We're trusted by everyone from independent contractors to some of the largest private equity backed operators in the home services industry.

  • We're backed by Khosla Ventures and Y Combinator.

We're still just getting started.

About this role:

We're looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build and run the engine behind Broccoli's Sales and Customer Success teams. These are the people who sell Broccoli to home service owners and make sure every customer gets real value from it.

You'll build and lead a team across GTM Engineering, Program Management, Enablement and Analytics, and you'll own the systems, tooling, processes, training and operating rhythms of our revenue org. Just as important, you'll own the AI roadmap for revenue: putting AI to work so our reps and CSMs spend less time on admin and more time with shop owners, office managers and techs. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the CRO, who you'll partner with to set the strategy and build.

What you'll do

  • Own the AI roadmap for revenue. Identify where AI can remove busywork and sharpen decisions across the customer lifecycle, optimizing for prospecting, call prep, deal review, onboarding, renewals and expansion. You're expected to get your hands dirty with the tools, not just write the plan.

  • Lead Revenue Operations end to end. Build, run and grow a team spanning GTM Engineering, Program Management, Enablement and Analytics. Hire great people, coach them, and give them clear ownership.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership on targets, territory and segment design, capacity planning, quota setting, forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Run the revenue systems and tooling. Own our CRM and GTM stack, data model and integrations so that every rep has accurate, timely information about every account, and so leadership has one trusted view of the business.

  • Drive enablement and adoption. Design onboarding, training and certification that get new reps productive fast and keep the team sharp as our product evolves.

  • Set the operating rhythm. Build the cadences that keep a fast-moving team aligned without burying it in meetings.

  • Turn data into decisions. Lead analytics and reporting on funnel health, conversion, retention, expansion and rep productivity. Surface what's working, what isn't, and what we should do about it.

  • Stay close to the field. Ride along with reps on discovery calls, sit in on onboarding sessions, and spend time with customers' CSRs and dispatchers so our GTM motion reflects how home service businesses actually run.

Who you are

  • A builder-leader. You've scaled a revenue operations function and still enjoy building workflows, automations and dashboards yourself.

  • AI-native in how you work. You use AI tools daily, you have opinions about where they help and where they don't, and you've shipped AI-driven workflows that changed how a team operates.

  • Customers first. You start every decision with what makes our customers and the teams who serve them more successful.

  • Ship it, then sharpen it. You'd rather put a working v1 in front of reps this week than perfect a deck for next quarter.

  • An owner. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just activities, and you're comfortable with a big surface area on a small team.

  • Rigorous and clear. You're deeply analytical, you can explain a complicated forecast in plain language, and you hold a high bar for quality in everything that ships.

  • Always learning. You're curious about the trades and about how the best home service businesses run, and you pick things up fast.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy or a related field, with meaningful time in a leadership role.

  • A track record of leading and growing multi-disciplinary teams across functions like GTM Engineering, Program Management, Enablement and Analytics.

  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools and automation to sales and customer success workflows, with evidence of the impact.

  • Deep experience with GTM planning: targets, territories, capacity, forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Strong command of CRM and GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot, and the surrounding stack) and the data behind them.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and comfort working directly with data (SQL or similar a plus).

  • Experience in a high-growth technology company strongly preferred; experience selling to SMBs, the trades or home services is a plus.
