In this highly collaborative and hands-on role, you will oversee the implementation of enterprise network and audiovisual systems based on designs from our internal engineering team. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Workplace/Facilities, Program Management, and external integration vendors to ensure successful deployment and operational readiness of each space.

This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, vendor oversight experience, and the ability to manage multiple deployments in parallel. Travel to domestic and occasional international sites will be required to support critical deployments and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of network and AV infrastructure in new office builds, expansions, and upgrades.
  • Oversee integration vendors and ensure installations align with engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate circuit acquisition, activation timelines, and testing with ISPs and vendors.
  • Conduct and validate wireless site surveys to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
  • Execute and document failover, redundancy, and operational readiness testing.
  • Partner with Workplace/Facilities and Program Management teams to align IT deployments with construction schedules and occupancy timelines.
  • Maintain and enforce physical infrastructure standards including low-voltage cabling, racks, patch panels, optics, cable routing and labeling.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure design standards, deployment guides, and best practices.
  • Track and report on project milestones, risks, and implementation health across multiple sites.
  • Support the staging, logistics, and field deployment of hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and AV systems.
  • Ensure documentation is created and maintained post-deployment for ongoing operational support.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation, with increasing responsibility and oversight.
  • Proven ability to manage network and AV infrastructure rollouts across multiple office and data center locations.
  • Strong knowledge of modern enterprise networking components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
  • Familiarity with physical infrastructure standards (cabling specs, fiber optics, transceivers, patch management).
  • Experience with IP address management solutions (IPAM), asset management and related tooling.
  • Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with network automation tools such as Ansible.
  • Experience with Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) frameworks preferred.
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience working with general contractors and construction project schedules is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%) to support site deployments and testing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry certifications (e.g., RCDD, CWNA, CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
  • Experience with structured cabling design and BICSI standards.
  • Background in managing AV system deployments in office environments.
  • Prior experience working in hybrid or globally distributed workplace environments.
