Who we areAbout Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies, from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups, use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement develops the capabilities that help Stripe’s customer-facing teams deliver greater value to users. We define expectations for role excellence, build practical learning experiences, and equip managers to reinforce new skills and behaviors.

Enablement Business Partners connect our global strategy with the needs of specific regions, segments, roles, and business teams. They partner with leaders to identify performance needs, adapt enablement for the field, and embed learning into everyday coaching and business rhythms.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead a team of Enablement Business Partners responsible for deploying and adapting enablement across Stripe’s GTM organization. You’ll shape how the team works at scale, including how it prioritizes demand, responds to urgent needs, measures impact, and gives leaders visibility into progress and tradeoffs.
You’ll serve as a trusted partner to the Global Head of GTM Enablement and senior GTM leaders. You’ll combine field insights, performance data, and business context to identify needs, guide investments, and help customer-facing teams improve how they serve Stripe’s users.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an Enablement Business Partner strategy aligned with Stripe’s GTM priorities
  • Lead and develop a team of Enablement Business Partners, strengthening their capabilities in consulting, stakeholder management, learning delivery, data interpretation, and change leadership
  • Establish a consistent intake, prioritization, planning, and escalation model that balances strategic priorities with urgent business needs
  • Partner with GTM leaders to identify performance and capability gaps, then translate them into targeted plans for specific regions, segments, and roles
  • Coordinate the deployment and adaptation of global programs while embedding applied learning, manager coaching, and reinforcement into business rhythms
  • Use conversation intelligence, competency data, learning signals, and business indicators to prioritize investments, evaluate behavior change, and make recommendations to senior leadership
  • Build cross-functional partnerships and repeatable processes that clarify ownership, improve execution, and increase the impact of the Enablement Business Partner function
Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in GTM leadership, sales enablement, sales effectiveness, or a related field
  • Experience leading and developing a team in a complex, high-growth organization
  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs or business-partner models across multiple regions, segments, or GTM roles
  • Experience building prioritization and operating models, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience using performance data to identify skill gaps, guide coaching, and connect enablement to proficiency, behavior, and business outcomes
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales leadership role
  • Experience enabling global teams and adapting programs across regions, markets, and cultural contexts
  • Experience leading organizational change involving sales methodologies, processes, tools, or operating models
  • Experience using artificial intelligence and automation to improve enablement delivery, personalization, reporting, or operational effectiveness
  • Experience using Gong or a similar conversation-intelligence platform
