Job Description:
We are seeking a bilingual GTM & Product Marketing Lead to build and execute North American B2B go-to-market strategy. This is not a traditional communications-only marketing role. You will shape how the company positions its products, enters target markets, launches new solutions, enables the sales team, and communicates with highly technical AI and robotics customers.
Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute North American go-to-market strategies for robotics and embodied AI products.
  • Define priority customer segments, use cases, buyer personas, messaging, launch plans, and market-entry strategies.
  • Partner with sales, product, engineering, and executive leadership to align commercial priorities.
  • Translate company and product strategy into measurable marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in AI and physical automation.

Product Marketing

  • Build clear product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and customer-facing narratives.
  • Translate highly technical robotics capabilities into compelling business and product stories.
  • Lead product launches from initial planning through market introduction and post-launch adoption.
  • Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product briefs, battlecards, case studies, website content, customer presentations, and demonstration narratives.
  • Conduct customer and market research to refine product positioning and influence the product roadmap.
  • Develop differentiated messaging for AI companies, robotics developers, research organizations, and enterprise customers.

Brand and Creative Direction

  • Own and elevate North American brand identity and market presence.
  • Establish a premium, modern visual direction aligned with leading AI and enterprise technology companies.
  • Lead the development of high-quality website content, product visuals, launch assets, videos, presentations, and event materials.
  • Work effectively with internal designers, agencies, photographers, video teams, and other creative partners.
  • Maintain high standards for design quality, storytelling, consistency, and attention to detail across all marketing touchpoints.

Demand Generation and Market Development

  • Develop targeted B2B campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Plan industry events, product demonstrations, executive programs, customer workshops, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Build thought-leadership programs around embodied AI, robotic manipulation, force control, teleoperation, and AI data collection.
  • Partner with sales to improve lead quality, accelerate strategic accounts, and support complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Define and track marketing performance metrics, including pipeline contribution, customer engagement, launch performance, and brand growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, go-to-market strategy, growth marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing GTM strategies for technical B2B products.
  • Background in AI, SaaS, enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, data platforms, or another technology-driven sector.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, customer segmentation, product launches, sales enablement, and demand generation.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong design judgment and the ability to recognize and produce premium-quality branding and marketing materials.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and turn them into clear, persuasive market narratives.
  • Experience working closely with product, sales, engineering, and executive teams.
  • Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving and internationally distributed organization.
