  • Familiarity with collective bargaining agreement (CBA) administration and payroll-related union requirements is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage high-volume payroll operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive resolutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Passion for process improvement, automation, and building scalable payroll operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
  • Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000
  • We are proud to offer a generous and comprehensive benefits package, including free medical plans and 401K matching.
