About the Role

We're 250+ people today and hiring 100+ more this year. We need a Principal Recruiter to own how we find and close the people building this company.

This is a senior IC role. You run full-cycle recruiting end to end, set the hiring standard, and act as the talent partner to leaders across GTM, R&D, G&A, and Support. The role has a path to lead a team as we scale.

Expect 80% of your time to be focused on GTM roles, 80% of which will be located in North America.

What You Will Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions and levels.

  • Recruit globally, hiring across the US and internationally (EMEA and APAC) and navigating each region's sourcing and process differences.

  • Build proactive, repeatable sourcing strategies to engage passive talent via LinkedIn, VC talent networks, and referrals.

  • Bring a strong, current point of view on the modern recruiting stack, including AI-powered sourcing, screening, and outreach. We expect you to have opinions on what's worth adopting and to put the best tools to work.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define what "great" looks like, structure interview panels, and keep the candidate pipeline moving with urgency.

  • Structure and negotiate offers with hiring managers and Finance, and own recruiting operations end to end.

  • Prioritize independently across many competing searches on a lean team.

  • Stand up Omni's university recruiting program.

What You Will Need
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including significant time at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

  • Proven ability to hire across GTM, R&D, and G&A.

  • Experience recruiting across US and international markets (EMEA and/or APAC preferred).

  • A demonstrable point of view on modern recruiting tools, including AI.

  • Elite sourcing skills and a track record of placing hard-to-fill roles.

  • Sharp candidate judgment and the credibility to influence senior hiring managers.

  • Self-directed. You prioritize and deliver on a lean team without hand-holding.

  • A builder's instinct for process and tooling. Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus. This role has a path to team lead.

Location

This role allows for a hybrid work schedule in our SF headquarters.

Why Join Us
  • Passionate, supportive team with extensive experience in the space (including founders from Looker and Stitch Data) all working together to win as a team

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) Plan

  • Unlimited PTO

Omni is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and encourage you to apply even if you don’t check every single box. Please, let us know if you need any reasonable accommodations during the interview process.
