At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive.

Lyft connects people to transportation to change the way we live and get around our communities. Product management at Lyft leads the integration of engineering, data science, and design to achieve the company's vision for reinventing transportation. We are looking for entrepreneurial and passionate Product Managers to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast-paced company and industry.

Lyft Black and Black SUV represent the premium end of Lyft's ride portfolio - and one of the company's most exciting growth opportunities. We're making significant investments in Premium to build a differentiated, high-quality product that stands apart from the competition and serves riders who expect the best.

We're looking for a Product Manager to help drive that work forward. This is a high-ownership role at the center of a business Lyft is betting on - with a roadmap that spans rider experience, driver quality, mode growth, and the foundations of a truly premium offering. In addition to Premium, you'll also own the technology behind Lyft's electrification strategy - helping shape how EVs fit into the Lyft experience as the company advances its sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Own your product area end-to-end - from problem identification through launch, growth, and iteration. Translate Lyft's strategic priorities into an ambitious roadmap for your area and be accountable for outcomes
  • Deliver on this vision by setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with Lyft's mission - designing and running experiments to drive maximum impact.
  • Drive a rapid experimentation and learning culture by continuously shipping and iterating on products, while staying deeply customer obsessed
  • Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, designers, and data scientists - setting context, maintaining momentum, and unblocking the team
  • Deeply understand your customers across different rider segments and use cases, leveraging data analysis, market research, and user research to inform decisions
  • Collaborate across the company and communicate roadmaps, priorities, and decisions clearly to audiences ranging from partner teams to executive levels
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technology to accelerate your team's workflows and enhance the products you build
Experience:
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with meaningful time spent on consumer-facing products
  • Track record of shipping products with measurable user and business impact
  • Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment - you manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized way
  • Data fluency - you define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your products, and you're comfortable running and interpreting experiments
  • Strong communication skills across audiences and levels, including the ability to convey complex tradeoffs in a clear and compelling way
  • Customer obsessed - strong user empathy and experience in the customer discovery and product development process
  • Ideally have experience with marketplace products or premium consumer experiences
  • Bonus: familiarity with travel platforms, supply-side marketplace dynamics, or EV/sustainability initiatives
Benefits:
  • Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled
  • Mental health benefits
  • Family building benefits
  • Child care and pet benefits
  • 401(k) plan with company match to help save for your future
  • In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off
  • 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Biological, adoptive, and foster parents are all eligible
  • Subsidized commuter benefits
  • Monthly Lyft credits and complimentary Lyft Pink membership
