We are seeking a Sales Operations & Deal Desk Associate who will drive operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) teams as part of our Sales Operations function and also be responsible for supporting revenue growth by ensuring deals are structured, priced, and approved in alignment with mandated company policies and commercial strategy. This role acts as a key control point between GTM, Finance, Legal and Leadership, balancing speed with governance.

Responsibilities

·       Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales execution.

·       Assist in the creation of sales reporting and performance analysis to monitor sales activities and outcomes.

·       Assist in maintaining and managing the CRM system, ensuring proper usage, data input, and reporting.

·       Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales function.

·       Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales efforts and initiatives.

·       Review and approve non-standard deals, including pricing, discounting, contract terms, and commercial structures.

·       Ensure all deals comply with internal policies, commercial structures and approval frameworks.

·       Act as the escalation point and management proxy for complex or high-value transactions.

·       Monitor and enforce approval matrices and delegation of authority.


Requirements

·       Motivated self-starter who is ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing company.

·       Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

·       Familiarity with SaaS business models, software licensing, and commercial terms.

·       Strong attention to detail with excellent communication, administrational and time management skills.

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

·       Proficiency with CRM tools e.g. HubSpot preferred.

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 base salary per annum depending on experience.
