$98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and oversee negotiating acquisitions, dispositions and leasing across Spectrum properties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable real estate strategies supporting business goals
- Participate in strategic business reviews with leadership to align portfolio decisions with organizational priorities
- Assist in planning and executing real estate solutions that drive operational and cost efficiencies
- Conduct site visits and maintain market intelligence to identify and capitalize on opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with internal business partners and external brokers, attorneys, landlords and developers
- Develop and manage relationships with broker partners and third-party consultants supporting Spectrum's real estate initiatives

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 5+ years of real estate experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Strong knowledge of corporate real estate principles, policies and practices
- Knowledge of GAAP lease accounting
- Demonstrated financial and quantitative acumen
- Proven team management and mentoring skills
- Experience managing external brokerage partners
- Clear and straightforward oral and written communication abilities
- Skill in translating complex data for multiple audiences
- Ability to create and contribute to data-driven presentations
