Lead product design for a core area of an AI-powered outbound platform. Define product strategy, user needs, roadmaps, workflows, interfaces, success metrics, and AI-first experiences. Conduct user research with go-to-market teams, simplify complex systems, mentor designers, and establish product design standards and principles within a fast-moving, early-stage organization.

Unify is building the first AI-native outbound platform where agents and sellers work side by side. We help revenue teams identify buyers already in market, enrich accounts with data from 40+ sources, and execute personalized, multi-channel outreach—all from a single AI-powered workspace.
Trusted by some of the most innovative go-to-market teams, Unify enables reps to spend less time on manual work and more time building relationships, delivering up to 90% time savings on list building and 19% higher output per rep.
We're building a team of curious, ambitious people who care deeply about craftsmanship, move with urgency, and thrive in fast-paced environments. If you're excited about shaping the future of AI and building products that redefine how modern revenue teams work, we'd love to meet you.

About the role

Unify is at a major inflection point, having recently hired senior leadership across EPD and completing work on next-level architecture that will unlock so many exciting product opportunities. We’re looking for an experienced, system-minded Product Designer to lead one of our core product areas and help shape the DNA of an early-stage, high-velocity EPD org that’s building with the leading edge of AI.

What you’ll do

  • Drive product strategy. You’ll work closely with leadership to define strategy, outcomes, and practical roadmaps for your area and the platform at large.

  • Tame the frontier. You’ll get to lead the transformation of a complex, multi-primitive platform (data, signals, actions, sequencing, AI assistance, etc.) into coherent mental models and approachable workflows for GTM teams.

  • Own one of our core product areas end‑to‑end. You’ll figure out user needs, break down big rocks, and design intuitive systems, flows, and interfaces. You’ll define clear problems and success metrics, then lead your team in delivering those.

  • Design non-gimmicky AI-first workflows. You’ll get to explore how AI can make prospecting, prioritization, personalization, and follow‑through easier and more effective. What you’ll never be asked to do is use AI to replace human beings. We don’t like that here.

  • Become an expert in the go-to-market space. You’ll learn how sales and marketing teams actually work, what they care about, where things break, and how we can improve them. At Unify we have unparalleled access to our users, and you’ll get to run regular research and quickly loop insights back into the product.

  • Raise the bar for design at Unify. Mentor and support a small but talented team. You’ll be a generous collaborator and leader in critiques and jams, and a key voice in defining product principles, standards, systems, and what good looks like.

Who you are…
  • You thrive in small, fast teams. You like seeing your work actually materialize instead of getting stuck in bureaucratic limbo.

  • You’re self-driven, collaborative, and enjoy working hard. Unify is an extremely high-trust environment, so we exclusively hire people who give a shit.

  • You think in systems and have a strong track record of simplifying complex, technical products.

  • You’re strategic and business-minded. You naturally tie your work back to metrics, outcomes, and a larger product vision. You’re comfortable owning a whole workstream and can explain why a design decision matters for users and for the business.

  • You get things done. You’re well versed in breaking down big, ambiguous problems into manageable chunks. You energize and rally your teams to deliver.

  • You lead by example. You set a high bar for yourself and for others around you.

  • You have a low ego and can separate yourself from your work. You’re self-aware, curious, and always looking to grow.

  • You’re a kind person who cares about people. You genuinely enjoy supporting the people around you. You like being around other kind people.

  • You have 5+ years in Product Design.

This is a hybrid role. We’re in‑person 3 days a week, either in SF or NYC.

Compensation / Benefits
• Unlimited PTO - take the time you need, when you need it
• Company-wide two-week holiday shutdown between Christmas and New Year’s
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
• 401(k) plan
• Generous parental leave
• Flexible work environment with high trust and autonomy
• DoorDash credits for lunch and dinner
• Thoughtful team offsites and in-person collaboration
• A team that genuinely cares about building something ambitious together
