Building Healthcare That Remembers

Every time you call a doctor's office, the system forgets you the moment you hang up. You wait on hold, explain everything from scratch, get bounced between lines, and hope someone follows up. Everyone has felt this. No one should have to.

At Assort Health, we're building one continuous conversation for every patient. An AI agent that knows who you are, remembers how you like to be reached, and carries that context from your first symptom to your full recovery. What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment has become the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 210 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, 1.6 million decision pathways.

We went from 15 people in 2025 and will cross 250 by the end of 2026. Revenue is up 20x in 15 months and we've raised $222 million, including a recent $120 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation. We've also been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 and the 2026 Enterprise Tech 30 as the only healthcare AI company on the list!

Healthcare spends $1.1 trillion a year on administration instead of care. If you want to help change that, apply below.

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to own both content and delivery. On the content side, that means building and maintaining onboarding curriculum, certification materials, skills workshops, SDR playbooks, and product enablement assets — keeping them current as our product, segments, and sales process evolve. On the delivery side, it means leading live sessions, running cohorts, coaching reps, and making sure the content you build actually lands.

You'll partner closely with our Enablement Lead, who owns strategy, program and curriculum design, and sales leadership programs. Your ownership is execution: the content reps need, built well and delivered consistently. If you're a builder who also loves being in the room — and you know that great enablement is about skill-building, not slide decks — we want to talk.

What You'll DoOnboarding Facilitation & Cohort Management
  • Own logistics for monthly onboarding cohorts: scheduling, SME coordination, new-hire comms, and content prep for AEs, SDRs, and SEs across our Provider Group and Health Systems segments

  • Facilitate sessions and structured activities (pitch practice, deal simulations, role-plays) alongside the Enablement Lead

  • Manage the rep Month 1-6 onboarding guides and milestone tracking so nothing falls through the cracks

Certification Administration
  • Help administer pitch deck, demo, and deal simulation certifications across both segments (Provider Group and Health Systems have separate tracks)

  • Track certification completion and identify where reps stall — use dropoff data to flag coaching opportunities

  • Support reinforcement for reps who miss certifications or need extra reps

SDR Program Management & Delivery
  • Own weekly enablement for our SDR team: dedicated sessions, outbound skill-building, and ongoing coaching support

  • Run enablement sessions end-to-end — from agenda to debrief

  • Track SDR engagement with enablement content and surface gaps to the Enablement Lead

Skills Coaching & Workshops
  • Run Gong scorecard review consolidation and prep manager feedback reports

  • Facilitate workshops, coordinate role-plays, and run call coaching sessions

  • Apply structured coaching methodology (discovery, qualification, multithreading) across the rep population

Content Management & Tooling Enablement
  • Create, organize, and audit content in our LMS and Deal Room — keep the enablement library current and searchable

  • Support product and tooling enablement rollouts (session delivery, logistics, rep comms)

  • Maintain Gong library folders and recording organization

Program Operations
  • Own the enablement Google Calendar — every session, every cohort, every certification deadline

  • Run post-session surveys, synthesize feedback, and flag trends to the Enablement Lead

  • Handle comms for every session: pre-session reminders, resource links, follow-up recaps

What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related GTM role (SaaS preferred)

  • You've stood up or run onboarding programs before and can speak to what you'd prioritize on day one through month 6

  • You approach enablement as a problem to solve, not a deck to build — you ask "what does the rep need to succeed?" before jumping to solutions

  • Command-of-the-message or value-selling background (not feature training) — you know what good discovery looks like, and you can teach it, not just practice it

  • Operationally sharp: you can own a calendar, manage logistics across multiple stakeholders, and keep programs running on time

  • Facilitation skills — you're comfortable running live sessions and keeping a room engaged

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where the program is still being built and you'll have real input into it

  • Familiarity with Gong, Salesforce, Accord, or similar GTM tools (we'll get you up to speed, but prior exposure helps)
