This is a high-impact, customer-facing role ideal for a strong networking and cybersecurity professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer engagement. Candidates must be in EST or CST timezones to be considered.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Manager, your impact will be:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert for Customers and Partners, owning all technical requirements and ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and optimization strategies to maximize product adoption and performance.
  • Provide support, enablement, and oversight to Partners leading Customer deployments.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across customer environments.
  • Translate feedback, industry trends, and field insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop technical artefacts, documentation, playbooks, and best practices to streamline deployments and enhance service delivery.
  • Support escalations and complex technical scenarios in partnership with Support and R&D teams.
  • Drive executive-level technical conversations and present strategic roadmaps aligned with cybersecurity and operational objectives.
Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Network Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience working with US Federal Customers, including navigating agency-specific requirements, adhering to federal compliance and security standards, coordinating with cross‑agency stakeholders, and delivering solutions within regulated government environments.
  • Understanding of relevant Standards & Frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC) with a specific understanding of IEC 62443.
  • Practical knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles applied to critical infrastructure and cyber-physical systems.
  • Deep knowledge of IT networking; prior experience as a Network Architect is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of networking standards and protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and segmentation principles.
  • Solid understanding of core cybersecurity principles and secure network architecture.
  • Network and Cybersecurity Certifications (e.g., CCNA, Security+, GICSP, CISSP) are a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required

Nice to have:

  • Foundational understanding of OT Cybersecurity practices and Operational Technology (OT) / ICS environments and industrial networks.
