The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the talent acquisition function at a small, early-stage organization, setting up the hiring process from scratch. Work directly with senior leaders and department heads while improving how candidates move through the pipeline and reducing repetitive manual tasks.

What you'll do

- Manage a large set of simultaneous openings spanning technical, scientific, clinical and operational positions, handling each step from first outreach to signed offer.

- Take charge of the entire recruiting workflow so promising candidates reach decision makers without delay.

- Collaborate with executives, team leads and external agencies, evaluating technical candidates yourself and pulling in subject matter experts as needed.

- Create and refine candidate sourcing channels, outreach sequences and applicant tracking system automations that cut manual effort from first contact through paperwork.

- Design the interview structure and supporting tools so the evaluation process stays quick, consistent and equitable as headcount grows across two countries.

- Engage senior candidates on the opportunity and win over strong talent before competitors reach them.

- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system.

- Comfort in an unstructured environment where you create the process yourself.

- Ability to work hybrid with a couple of office days each week, or willingness to relocate at your own expense.

- Existing work authorization in the US or UK.
