The User Acquisition Lead will build and manage the acquisition engine for monday service, focusing on performance marketing and user acquisition strategies.

monday.com is looking for a User Acquisition Lead to join monday service and build our acquisition engine from scratch. This is a senior individual contributor role within a newly formed marketing organization dedicated exclusively to monday service.
You will be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to read funnels, understand numbers, and extract actionable insights
- Deep understanding of multi-touch funnels and lifecycle-based acquisition
- Experience working with complex datasets and performance metrics
- Experience in B2B SaaS, advantage for service management or enterprise products
- Builder mentality with high ownership and execution skills
- Team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
