About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Workplace Operations Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate and Workplace team. Based onsite in Palo Alto, CA, we are seeking a motivated individual dedicated to fostering premier workplace environments that fuel our unique culture and operational R&D efforts. The successful candidate will be an adaptive problem-solver who excels in high-energy settings, cultivating deep cross-functional ties to drive excellence across vendor relations, office services, and project oversight. This position oversees several local sites and involves approximately 10% business travel.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Maintain high-functioning, secure, and hospitable office environments daily throughout designated Wing sites
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, property management, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support space optimization efforts, including desk reallocations, physical relocations, and strategic site planning
  • Address facility-related inquiries and tickets promptly, overseeing every stage from initial report to final resolution.
  • Manage essential workplace provisions such as culinary programs, logistics, mail, and overall team amenities.
  • Oversee vendor performance, maintenance schedules, and administrative workflows for facility upkeep.
  • Track operational spend, supply levels, and facility records through detailed logs and procurement systems.
  • Integrate with IT, Safety, and Security departments to reinforce daily operational excellence and site safety.

What You’ll Need: 

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in workplace operations, hospitality, corporate real estate, facilities management, or a related service-oriented field
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 10% to oversee site operations and strategic initiatives
  • Proven track record in managing external suppliers and facility service providers
  • Superior organizational capabilities with the aptitude to balance competing demands in a high-growth, agile environment.
  • Ability to cultivate robust cross-functional partnerships and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience navigating workplace management software or ticketing platforms.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capacity to navigate office, lab, and field operations for prolonged durations
  • Aptitude for periodically lifting or transporting materials up to 25 lbs
  • Capability to utilize computer workstations and corporate hardware for sustained periods
  • Ability to perform site walk throughs involving reaching, bending, and stair navigation
  • Availability for national travel up to 10% based on operational requirements

The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

$138,000$144,000 USD
