Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance and KPI analysis, executive reporting, scenario and ROI analysis, and ad hoc analytics. Implement FP&A best practices and analytics technology, collaborate with department leaders to analyze business drivers, and present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

Manage database integrity and player tracking; develop SQL queries and maintain data warehouses; analyze campaign and direct mail performance; coordinate targeting, pre/post campaign analysis, promotions and events; supervise database and promotional teams; ensure compliance and collaborate with IT and marketing.

Manage daily table games operations and staff within assigned pits to ensure profitable, compliant service. Oversee staffing, coach team members, maintain floor presence, report gaming activity, resolve issues, and enforce policies and procedures.

Perform revenue audits and reconciliations for table games, slots, F&B and cage operations per Colorado Division of Gaming and corporate policies. Prepare exception reports, reconcile kiosks/ATMs, and maintain audit records and compliance documentation.

Manage design, administration, and compliance of employee benefits programs including health plans, 401(k), COBRA, FMLA/LOA and wellness initiatives. Serve as carrier/vendor liaison, coordinate open enrollment and wellness events, produce eligibility and billing reports, lead benefits platform administration, and advise management on return-to-work strategies.

Supervise and coach the casino cage team, ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies, handle cash and chips accurately, resolve guest and team issues, maintain a safe and tidy work area, communicate promotions and operations across shifts.

Design and produce print and digital marketing materials (brochures, ads, banners, social media) following brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing team, manage multiple projects to deadlines, maintain high-quality visual content, and stay current with design trends.

Provide customer-facing ticket writing and cash handling in the casino sportsbook: balance cash drawer, sell/upsell keno tickets, maintain game speed and accuracy, follow policies, obtain Colorado Support Gaming License, pass background/drug screens, and perform basic computer/10-key tasks.

Provide guest-facing sportsbook services: accept bets and write tickets, handle and balance cash drawers, maintain a professional appearance and presentable sportsbook, follow company policies, use 10-key and basic computer systems, complete assessments, and obtain a Colorado Support Gaming License.

Manage buffet operations to ensure food quality, guest satisfaction, and team performance. Supervise staff, monitor labor costs, enforce safety and sanitation standards, drive revenue through upselling, and maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Maintain and optimize website, app, email, and digital content; implement SEO and tracking; analyze analytics and produce reports; coordinate digital content calendars and promotions; support event planning and marketing operations; collaborate with designers, social media, and property departments; troubleshoot site/app issues and ensure consistent brand voice and guest-facing information.

Supervise daily table games operations, train and counsel dealers, ensure accurate dealing and regulatory compliance, manage fills/credits/markers, process payroll, maintain records and department assets, and promote outstanding guest service.

Provide friendly, efficient bar service, prepare and present cocktails, maintain beverage and menu knowledge, enforce alcohol laws, operate POS and cash handling, train and oversee bartenders, keep bar area clean and safe, lift and stand for long periods, and work nights/weekends/holidays as needed.

Manage workforce planning, scheduling, attendance, and compliance for the Table Games department. Analyze game spreads and limits to optimize revenue, prepare labor and performance reports, support recruitment/onboarding, and liaise with HR and Payroll to maintain audit-ready records and regulatory compliance.

Count Team members collect, sort, and accurately count large sums of cash from the gaming floor, operate cash counting machines, perform BV and kiosk drops, complete regulatory paperwork, verify totals, and transfer funds to cashier. Role requires teamwork, adherence to gaming regulations, early morning shifts, weekends/holidays, and physical handling of heavy loads.

Lead database marketing strategy using player data to drive revenue and engagement. Oversee database integrity, segmentation, campaign execution, SQL-based analysis, pre/post campaign reporting, and cross-functional partnership to support casino growth.
