The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the delivery of client-facing projects from kickoff to completion, directing groups of specialists and partnering with internal colleagues to meet demanding deadlines. As an early hire, the scope is broad and also includes helping with company-wide operational efforts.

What you'll do

- Work with external clients to scope and deliver specialized projects that contribute directly to revenue.

- Lead groups of specialists drawn from fields such as finance, engineering and science.

- Collaborate with internal teams on research efforts.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives across the organization as an early team member.

- Pitch in on a variety of operational projects as needed.


Requirements

What we're looking for

- A background in a demanding, fast-moving setting such as consulting, finance or an early-stage startup.

- Practical experience probing systems for weaknesses, for example through red-teaming, security testing, competitive security exercises or trust and safety casework.

- Comfort managing a client account and driving a project through every stage.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- High agency and a record of producing quality work against tight timelines.

- Willingness to put in long hours when the work calls for it.

- Prior experience at a leading AI organization, a large technology company, a respected security firm or similar.

- A degree from a highly regarded university, unless your experience is exceptional.

- Ability to work on-site five days a week, with a half day or remote work on Sundays.
