Owns FP&A for Engineering, Product, and Design, including OpEx and headcount planning, infrastructure and SaaS cost modeling, budget-versus-actuals reviews, workforce forecasting, investment analysis, and scalable financial controls. Partners with technical and corporate leaders to evaluate hiring, vendor spend, build-versus-buy decisions, and R&D capitalization while improving forecasting accuracy, reporting automation, and financial visibility.

Own end-to-end multi-jurisdiction payroll across 34 US states and Canada using ADP WFN and Workday. Reconcile HRIS and payroll data, manage tax compliance and year-end filings, partner with HR/Finance, lead process improvements and automations, support audits/SOX-adjacent controls, and escalate/resolve complex payroll issues.

Partner with Engineering and Product to measure and optimize infrastructure and AI costs, build cost-attribution tooling, define unit economics and driver-based forecasts, support pricing and margin expansion, and develop scalable cost allocation frameworks to improve gross margin and IPO readiness.
