Partners with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, Billing, and Supply Chain to support tax compliance, international expansion, acquisitions, and scalable operations.

Own the corporate FP&A function, including integrated three-statement modeling, consolidated planning, AOP, forecasting, long-range planning, cash modeling, liquidity forecasting, and Board and executive reporting. Partner with leaders to translate operational, production, contract, R&D, and go-to-market plans into financial outcomes. Scale planning infrastructure, improve automation, and guide capital allocation and strategic decisions.

Lead and continuously improve the companys SOX 404 program: design strategy, risk assessment, scoping, testing, and remediation. Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and business owners to document controls, manage external audits, drive automation and ERP/GRC integrations, report to executives and Audit Committee, and establish policies, training, and a scalable SOX team.

Lead design and ownership of a fully integrated long-range three-statement financial model grounded in unit economics; drive LRP, scenario and valuation work; build cash flow and liquidity forecasts; partner with data/systems and business leaders to translate technical and operational plans into investor-grade insights informing capital allocation, M&A, and Board decisions.

Manage the monthly global close and consolidation, intercompany eliminations, FX translation, GL accounting, accruals, cash reconciliations, and process improvements. Support SOX readiness, optimize accounting systems, document controls, partner with finance teams, and promote audit-ready processes and accuracy across a growing defense-technology organization.

Lead month-end close for assigned areas, manage GL cycles (AR/revenue, accruals, fixed assets, deferred revenue, equity), ensure reconciliations and GL integrity, drive controls and audit readiness, coordinate cross-functional cutoffs and analytics, and improve accounting processes and automation.

Lead end-to-end revenue accounting under ASC 606, including contract review, revenue recognition, monthly close, reconciliations, order-to-cash process design, controls, audit support, and team mentoring. Partner cross-functionally to scale systems, automate workflows, and ensure accurate, timely revenue reporting across domestic and international contracts.
