Build and scale Shield AI's corporate treasury: manage global cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, FX risk mitigation, banking relationships, debt covenant compliance, intercompany funding, and treasury controls while partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Tax.

Lead the quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision, prepare and review workpapers, journal entries, and disclosures. Coordinate with auditors and external advisors, support federal and state compliance, and partner with accounting, FP&A, and legal on tax impacts, planning, M&A, and indirect tax matters.

Lead quarterly and annual income tax provision (ASC 740) including workpapers, journal entries, and disclosures. Analyze book-to-tax differences, effective tax rate drivers, and uncertain tax positions. Coordinate with auditors and external tax providers, support U.S. federal and state tax compliance, assist with tax planning, M&A, and indirect tax matters, and monitor tax law and accounting standard changes.

Manage and administer global equity compensation programs (options, RSUs), maintain equity tracking and cap table accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate cross-functional teams, support financial reporting and audits, handle equity transactions and employee inquiries, and improve processes and controls.

Lead corporate FP&A forecasting and planning, own Anaplan and financial systems for Corporate FP&A, build integrated three‑statement models, translate headcount and investments into financial impacts, partner with G&A leaders on planning and decision support, improve forecasting accuracy and automate scalable processes.
