Lead advisory engagements for manufacturing clients by reviewing financial reporting, analyzing KPIs, providing technical accounting guidance, recommending process improvements, developing budgets/forecasts, and mentoring staff while collaborating with offshore teams to improve service delivery.

Lead transaction advisory engagements by performing financial analysis and modeling, evaluating deal structures and valuations, managing multiple projects, liaising with clients and cross-functional teams, preparing clear reports and presentations, and reviewing junior team members' work to ensure accuracy and high-quality deliverables.

Provide controller-level advisory to skilled nursing clients: oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI/benchmarking analysis, technical accounting support, operational improvement recommendations, and lead and coach client teams to improve financial stability and reporting quality.
