The Portfolio Manager will construct and rebalance portfolios, analyze investment strategies, and manage client relationships while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Manage a portfolio of municipal securities, focusing on duration and credit risk for 40-Act funds. Coordinate trading strategy with Portfolio Management, use analytics and technology to scale processes, assess relative value across investment-grade municipals, implement investment recommendations, maintain credit surveillance, leverage liquidity sources, construct ETF trading baskets and handle monthly fund rebalances, and work with index providers to build and maintain index constituents.

Perform quantitative research in fixed income markets and instruments, analyze large complex datasets, develop and implement systematic investment models for corporate and emerging market bonds, back-test signals and ML techniques, conduct regime analyses on fund performance, and collaborate with researchers, portfolio managers, and product strategists from idea generation through deployment.

Design and execute multi-asset portfolio restructurings and live transitions for institutional clients. Develop trading, hedging and execution plans across equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives. Produce pre-trade analysis, cost/risk estimates and performance attribution. Partner with traders and clients to manage execution, exposure, and communicate transition progress while researching cross-asset strategies and liquidity sources.
