The Staff Business Systems Engineer will lead the optimization of Core Financials and Tax systems, focusing on NetSuite ERP integration and compliance, while partnering with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage administration and data integrity of data center, real estate, and equipment leases; ensure ASC 842 compliance; audit lease abstractions; resolve billing disputes; support SOX audits; improve CoStar reporting and lease controls; prepare lease reports and KPIs; partner with Accounting, Finance, and Operations to scale lease workflows and controls.
